About the run
The CALM 100 is one last run. It’s an opportunity for Matt to run further than he ever has in one go. It’s an opportunity to bring communities back together to celebrate love, laughter and survival.
The run is on September 28th to September 29th, 2024. Starting In Winchester at 6am, the route winds a path over the South Downs Way until it reaches Eastbourne, 103 miles later.

You are invited to get involved, for a run or a walk, for as far as you like. If you join, there will be a support vehicle with food and drink every 15km, although you’ll be responsible for getting to the route and back.
There is a 5km near Shoreham-by-Sea on Saturday evening and a grateful mile for the kids (big or small) too.
It’s Matt’s hope that people will join his JustGiving group and raise a few quid for their own 5km, 10km, 21km, Marathon or Ultra. This is the way that the fund leapt from £30k to £54K last time out.
